Lancaster parkrun. 1st lap w J, but he got a bad stitch so dropped out at the end of lap one - and then W and I blasted off on the second lap.
We over-cooked it silghtly, but were pacing it! I was trying to work out - if the first lap was 14 minutes then did we do the second lap in 9?!
