B'ham, Procter Moss, nr Abbeystead, Jub Tower, zigzags, Hala. Hazy weather (Sahara dust, apparently), quite windy in places, felt like slow work in places, but fine. Lapwings out, swooping over the moorland, and more cyclists than cars.
