w runners, drove up to Gog Magogs - loop + just 3 of the short sharp hills. T Myers is pretty quick. Ivo motivated. Foot is quite bad. (Thumb also dodgy from skiiing accident aggravated by secateuring .. but less significant for the running). Windy, bright, dry.
First skylark of the year was singing at the Gogs: bird thou never wert - that from Heaven, or near it, pourest thy fullest heart in profuse strains of unpremeditated art, etc.
