Pavements in town are all clear, but the side roads (Wilberforce) are icy, and pedestrians, bikes and cars all share the 6 feet of clear tarmac in the centre of the road. Quite perky for much of the way back; cutting back up through the shooting field with a couple of inches of snow - ankledeep in places - in the last couple of miles does slow you down a bit, though.
