Denbies parkrun! 7th. Flurry to leave VW in time for this - en route for W and J to see Bolton get beaten by Oxford at home as well. 90m climbing and quite long grass / sticky underfoot in places. Two slogging climbs in the first half - I felt very sluggish and heavy. Zipped down the hills, however, and worked through from about 12th to 7th at the end.
