Notes
The Bruce 15 loop again, but with footpath around Crook of Lune loop woodlands (instead of extra lap of Wson Pk!) ... although that involved steps up to the road and down again, so I think there is a better route next to the meander!
Very windy and cold again. Winter's back. Snow flurries, gale in face at times, hard work, calves still painful from Tuesday, but ok. Only part where I was running quite freely was after the C-o-L turnaround, when the wind was behind my for a moment and the cyclepath is slightly downhill!
