w TomO and Chris D. Dids putting in some faster miles (<7:30) and needing to be restrained, although he had cycled 80m with AlisonO yesterday. Extremely windy - hard last section along canal into teeth of gale.
W ran at Witton Pk Mid Lancs later on - fine. T had injured toe and cdn't run.
