Clougha, Grit Fell, and the shooter's path back to Rigg Lane. Nice evening, lovely but slightly hazy sunset views of the bay, 3 Peaks, Lake District. Saw Jennie Hodgson and her teenage runners. Slow, steady but positive. Just under 400m climbing.
