River run - left car at El Bosque - path follows R Macaceite to Benamahoma. Climb 200m+. Dusty, rocky in places scenic and some good shady tunnels through the trees by the babbling stream. Gentle pace but still drenched w sweat by the end.
Then walked back w STWJ to car and cafe.
