Notes
The Merrick from the Stone of Bruce. 700m ascent (mobile phone battery ran out so lost strava!) - w STWJ. Cloudy but cleared somewhat - saw Ailsa Crag. Dry underfoot. Long climb! Bushes / pines then long ridge over moorland to summit. Successful. Just under 2 hours up, 2 hours down. Highest summit in S Scotland - a Corbett.
