New bike - it's built to be sturdy rather than speedy, but we got on ok! Good route: A6 to Garstang is wide, has cycle paths and pavements; then minor roads to Cockerham and home. Lots of happy mamils on the road! Huw M-J staying. J back from cub camp in Silverdale.
