Dropped by Bilsborrow, wherever that is, beyond Barton Grange and way beyond Garstang. It is a bit unremitting along the endless canal - mixture of surfaces; not too sticky or muddy.
Took it very steadily, as you can seen from the time,but just trundled along. Weather ok (bar a few hailstones just at the end) but I was slightly chilly in just T-shirt and shorts. Carried 500ml elderflower squash and grand total of four fruit jelly sweets - and I certainly arrived home in a better state than last week. R leg hamstring / behind knee just niggling slightly. T and W at YDL, fairly successfully.
