Along the coastal path from Trefin to Porthgain for lunch at a fish place which seems v well-known - Porthgain is a tiny village in a deep little harbour - then along to the next beach (Traeth Llyfn) where T and J swam - and back cross the fields. Achy. Stiff back persists.
