Lancaster parkrun - after late late return from Manchester OL dinner last night, I wasn't planning to run. However ... Started right at the back this time, very steady for most of the first lap then pushed in on in the second lap (11th). Angela Backhouse anniversary of Lucas' death and spoke at the start of parkrun. Wet - huge puddles!
