Enjoyed this w about 12 runners at school + Tony Burns. My crazy off-road options to warm up (Toby Wheatcroft did run through some brambles and had to stop to wash the blood off his legs - but it could have been worse!) then Fenham Carr loops x 2 and running up the hill through the trees off-road x 3. Good little session although very gentle.
