Decided to test my fitness level now that I've been back to running for a few weeks. Not terrible, but definitely lagging behind where I was just a couple months ago.

12/20/07: After another herniation setback I'm back running. I plan on doing a Hadd test around the first of every month as a fitness indicator...it will act as one of my weekly speed/quality workouts, possibly followed by a few miles of low HR aerobic running.
