Knee felt achy after big weekend of running so I thought today would be a rest day. Felt really good all day so I hit the treadmill just in case I felt anything strange. Ended up going 10 with no aches or pains at all. Want to get a tempo in this week, probably Wednesday, and then a weekend of at least 20/20. Will probably stay off the hills this week to be sure the knee stays healthy. The aches seem to have started when I really started pounding the hills.
