Intended to do on hour easy on TM. Got bored after 45 minutes and decided to do a couple miles at MP. Went to 3:00 pace (6:52/mile, 8.7mph) and did 2.25 miles. Felt incredibly good, no fatigue after 2.25 miles. Shut it down at 2.25 in to be conservative but 8l7mph really felt comfortable.
