Felt good. As is usually the case, my effort felt high in the beginning and eased throughout. It's more extreme the first few MP runs I do after a long break....the body isn't used to reaching and sustaining a higher HR. Wanted to do this run as a benchmark to measure progress against. I'm considering this the official start to my Chippewa training.
