20 minute lower body circuit:

Sand Tube Squats

Lunges

Squat Jumps to Big Tire

Treadmill Sprints (11mph, 5% grade)

Squat Leaps (standing long jumps)

Each exercise done for as many reps as possible in 1 minute. 4 cycles, little or no rest between exercises or cycles.
