Felt good. Still difficult, but good. Probably felt a bit easier than two weeks ago, and the avg HR reflected that. Makes sense that it would, I hadn't done sustained tempo work for a while. Bumped up the first two levels by 0.1 mph today. I like this format because you can continually bump up and it doesn't have to be a large leap, it can be a ver gradual progression for long periods.
