Notes

"Primal Run": Warmup for a mile or two. Then 3 circuits of the RTA stair loop (about 1/2 mile loop). Each circuit concludes with stair leaps, run down and do 30 squat jumps. Each circuit took about 7 minutes. Then about 6 miles on LRT with 30 squat jumps at each mile marker.
