Great run, last mid-length run before FANS. Plan to take tomorrow off, 7-10 on Fri, Sat and Sun for a weekly total of 45-50. Run Tuesday and Wednesday next week, about 7 miles each very easy and then take Thu and Fri off before the race to rest.
