Ran with Caleb and Robbie from Knoch Knolls in Naperville the morning after Jeff's wedding. Pretty happy with the fitness I have been able to maintain. Definitely tougher than 10 miles used to be but hoping I can get back in good shape pretty quickly. Extended my push up streak to 8 days so thats a plus. Beautiful day for a run, not to windy, sunny 40 degrees!
