Notes
Ran from my house with Bean and Rylaarsdam. Started out pretty smooth, some ice but nothing terrible. Defiently happy we were running slower. Bean had to find a bathroom so we stopped and my quad just about exploded. I was able to make it home but it hurts to walk around on. Pretty sure it's pulled but we'll see how it feels the next few days walking around. I kinda knew I shouldn't jump back in so fast after 6 months of no consistent running but oh well. There isn't any pressure yet for running fast.
