Felt really good, my calves were really tight but other than that I felt like I could run those forever. We had 2 minutes rest so I was getting pretty much fully recovered which shows I'm getting back in much better Cardio shape. Might run a 5k in 3 weeks, would like to break 15:30. I've been doing more lifting/abs/pushups recently and I can tell, I feel strong but not too big.
