Workout: 3 miles warmup, 12x2:00 on/1:00 off on rolling terrain at 5:00ish track effort, 1 mile cooldown
Felt good overall. Felt like I was running the right effort for the 2:00. Some of the 2:00 were tough, especially on the hills. The 1:00 rec jogs went by very quick. On the third interval, the recovery was on a mostly flat area so I kept the pace/effort at around 6:00ish. Really happy with this workout.
