Notes
Weather: 53 degrees with 88% humidity
Workout: 20 miles long run
First run in Tampa, FL. Ran the Courtney Campbell Trail from Ben T Davis Beach to the Clearwater end of the trail (8.3 miles one-way) and then a 1.7 miles out and back on the east side to make it 20 miles. Felt pretty good and comfortable. Ran 6:40ish pace for about 12 miles and then about 6:35ish for the last 8 miles. I started to feel warm, mainly because of the humidity, around 9 miles, so I ran shirtless for the rest of the run. It was funny because I was the only one without a shirt while all the other runners and cyclists on the trail were wearing long sleeves.
Although the view of Tampa Bay is nice, the route can be boring because it's just a long stretch of trail/road that seemed to never end. Oh, and the course is pancake flat.
