Workout: 2M w/u, 10x3:00 at HM to 10K effort, 2M c/d.

Ran on Viscount and Hawkins Blvd for the warm-up & strides, and then Edgemere Blvd loop for the 3:00 fartlek. There was a decent headwind (8mph) running WNW. Started out at what felt like half-marathon effort. With the altitude (3910 ft) I was around 5:43-48ish pace for the first 5 repeats. I increased the effort little by little on each of the remaining repeats. Was happy to see that my pace was faster as the workout went on. Last couple repeats (5:27, 5:23 pace) felt right about 10K effort.

Overall, a good workout at altitude.
