Planned workout: 17 mile long run

I wanted to get out the door by 8am, but I turned off my alarm and didn't wake up till 7:45. Ended up getting out the door close to 0930.

My plan was to run a rolling 9 mile loop mostly the same as yesterday's route and then add on the downtown loop. However, when I got to Earlton and Level Rd I decided to run west and then plan to turn right on Webster Lapidum. I somehow missed the turn and ended up running a 1.5 mile further and then turned right on Rock Run. The route took me to the bottom of Quaker Bottom and had no choice but to run the steep hill. The rest of the route was rolling with a nice long gradual downhill on Blenheim Ln.

Felt pretty good and very comfortable the entire run. I wanted to just get in the distance and keep the pace above 7:00. It seemed that 6:50ish pace was my comfortable easy pace.
