66 deg with 65 dew point. Cool but humid. Still ended up running shirtless.
Very easy 8 miles with 2x30s strides. I can tell that the legs are still recovering from the half. Legs felt heavy and tight early in the run but better as the run progressed. Felt good to get a little turnover with the 30s strides. However, it didn't feel smooth. More like I waking up heavy legs.
