Holy macaroni, it was very windy. 20mph winds with gusts up to 30mph (according to Accuweather).
Workout: 8 miles at 6:20ish.
The wind was coming from the NNW, so it was on my back going out to Plum Point. The first mile felt a little sluggish, but after that I felt pretty smooth. The way back was rough as I was literally trying to stay on my feet from the crosswind around Spesutie Island. Mile 7 sucked as it was directly into the wind, but the last 3/4 mile was with the wind.
Overall, a good medium run.
