Long run workout: 2M easy + 8M marathon pace + 1M easy + 4M marathon pace + 1M tempo + 2M marathon pace + 2M easy. 15 miles total of marathon pace or faster running. Rich Connaroe ran with me for the first 4miles of the marathon pace.
Good workout overall. Was really surprised with the result of the workout considering sore buttocks from speed jumps yesterday.
