Workout: 3 miles warmup, 10x.15 fast, .35 miles slow jog, 3 miles cooldown
Felt like I had the turnover today. Ran sub 5:00 pace for all but the first .15 miles. I actually even got slightly faster on each of the reps. Kept the recovery easy around 7:30 pace.
I've done this workout many times before, but I don't think I've ever ran this fast for the fartlek.
