Light rain. Real feel was 43 deg.

Workout: 3 miles warmup, 8x60s uphill with jogdown recovery, 3 miles cooldown.

After a 3 mile warm around the neighborhood, I decided to run the hill repeats on Bulle Rock Parkway starting by the trail near the house and ending just before Smarty Jones Terrace. The hill is much steeper than the one I normally run by Ferdinand Dr.

Damn, this hill workout practically collapsed my lungs. Felt like the lungs were going to burst out after the 3rd or 4th repeat. I covered .19 miles for the 60s and averaged 5:12-5:15 pace.

Overall, it was a successful first hill workout in a very long time.
