Back to work and back to running in the early morning. It was 73 deg with about 69 dew point, which didn't feel too bad.
Workout: 4 miles warm-up, 8x30s with 2:30 jog, 2 miles cooldown
Wow, felt pretty decent this morning. Thought that the legs would feel tired, but they actually felt springy. Ran an easy 4 miles and then did 30s strides. I got down to sub 5:00 pace, which was not intentional. Felt really smooth on the strides.
