Workout: 3 miles warmup, 6-8x800m with 400m slow jog, 2 miles cooldown
Legs still not fully recovered from the half, but they felt okay to run the workout. Ran splits of 2:30, 2:29, 2:30, 2:29, 2:30, 2:28, 2:28, and 2:28. The last 2-3 reps felt a bit tough, probably because I was 1-2 seconds faster and of course I'm still in half marathon recovery mode.
