Weather: Freezing cold I had to break out the thermal tights.
Workout: 7-8 miles very easy with 8x20s pick-ups.
Despite it freezing, I felt pretty good. Kept it really easy for the first 5 miles and then did the 8x20s pick-ups every two minutes. The leg turnover was okay, but didn't feel as smooth probably because of the freezing cold.
