Planned workout: 2M easy + 2 x 3M tempo w/ 10min easy in between + 2M easy.
Ended up cutting the workout short as I just did not feel I had the pop. The first 3M tempo felt like a struggle. Cut the workout after 1mile in the 2nd tempo. Combination of missed training and a slight congestion didn't help. I should be back to my fitness in about a week.
