Nice morning. 32 deg but real-feel was 37 deg.
Workout: 10 miles with 10x30s fast.
Ran out to HdG downtown and back. Ran easy for 5 miles and then ran 30s fast with 2:00 very easy for recovery. Got down to 4:15-4:25 pace for the 30s. Felt like I really got the legs to turn over.
I ran in my new Saucony Freedom ISO. Man, they felt great! Very responsive with excellent cushioning (not too much) and the upper is probably the best ever. The only downfall is that they cost 160 bucks! Got mine for $115 with my military discount and a $25 gift card.
