3 miles warm-up, 16x200m with 200m jog at 34 and under, 2 miles cooldown
Man, I felt like crap during my warmup, but once I started the workout I felt great. I really focused on running with good form and as smooth as possible. After I hit the first couple repeats at 33s, I figured that I'd try to maintain the form and turnover. Was really surprised that I was consistent thoughout the workout running 33s.
As I said before, I think I have a bit more speed this time around.
