Workout: 10x1:00 on/2:00 off.

Ran the 60s on at about 90%. I ran the first five reps at low 5:00-5:15 and then finished off at sub-5s for the last five. I was glad I had 2:00 slow jog for recovery because I needed it with the heat. The leg turnover felt good and smooth.
