Notes
Weather: nice and cool in the high 40s.
Workout: 12 miles easy over rolling hills.
Ran out to Susquehanna Steppingstone and back. Started off really easy, especially with the giant hill up Bulle Rock Parkway. I started to get into a good easy rhythm three miles into the run. I basically ran the last 9 miles steady easy in the low to mid-6:40s. Pace felt nice and smooth.
