Notes

Weather: low 60s and a little humid.

Workout: 8 miles with 10xhill blasts

Felt tired. Got in around midnight from travel, so I didn't get much sleep (4.5 hrs). Legs also felt a bit tired and heavy. The hill blasts weren't too bad considering how the legs felt. However, I probably should have cut the reps to 8 instead of 10.
