Workout: 3 miles warmup, 4 miles at 5:40-5:45 pace, 2 miles cooldown.
Ran a 1.86 mile loop on APG. First mile (5:37) felt easy, but was a little faster than the planned pace. I settled in at 5:41-5:42 pace for the remaining 3 miles. Felt really good and smooth. I can tell that the legs are freshening up.
