Ran later than normal because it poured all morning.

15.25 miles including 2 x 1.75M (Scott Mills loop). Did 9.25 easy in 1:02:51 (6:47 pace) and then 2 x 1.75 miles tempo (9:48, 9:41) with .3 miles easy. Thought about doing a third tempo interval but decided two was enough. Ran 2 miles as a cool-down and to finish with 15+. Happy with the workout but I ran a bit faster than I'd planned to. Planned on running around 5:45 for the tempo interval, which never happened. Ended up running 5:36 & 5:32 avg pace.
