Notes
Weather was pretty good despite the late start. Temps was in the mid to high-60s at the start of the run. It got up to around mid-70s at the end of the run, but it wasn't too bad because the humidity was low.
Since it was a normal long run, I decided to run a route with some hills while keeping the pace comfortable easy. Even with the hills I seemed to have hung around at ~6:45-6:50ish pace for most of the first 10 miles. Avg'd 6:52 pace for the first 10. The 2nd half of the run was mostly downhill/flat with the exception of a 1.5 mile stretch from 17.25 to 18.75 miles that had some hills.
Legs felt good. Stopped around mile 17 to get a sip of water as I started to get a bit thirsty.
