61 deg with 57% humidity. Wow, nice cool morning. I actually wore a shirt for the first time in about few months.
Workout: 3 miles warm-up, 20x400m sub 77 with 1:00 SLOW jog, 2 miles cooldown;
Started out the first rep at 75 and it felt pretty comfortable. I ended up running all but three reps in sub 75. Majority were 73/74s and the last five I ran 72s and a 71 for rep #20. For the workout, I averaged 73.7 for the 400s!
