Long run workout. 2M easy + 4M tempo + 9M easy + 2x2M tempo w/ 2' rest + 2M easy.
Overall the workout went well. Still have a slight cold so I wasn't feeling the best. 4M tempo (22:23) felt comfortably hard. Ran the middle 9M easy from Pope to Corps area. Plan was to run 4M tempo after the middle 9M but I felt a bit tired and decided to break it into 2 x 2M tempo. Ran the 2M tempo around the polo field track. Splits were fairly even (11:11, 11:10). Think i'm getting back the fitness I lost from 5 DNR days.
