Workout: 4 miles warmup, 60 min Fartlek of 3:00 fast, 3:00 steady over rolling hills, 4 miles cooldown.
Tough rollers on Gillan, McIntyre, Wolcott Dr. Ran 5.4 miles for the fast sections (5:31 pace) and 4.8 miles for the steady recovery (6:15 pace). Really good session for bostons course.
